Partnership lines help

I'm in January with Forest and I'm 4th in the league but even though I've played with quite a settled team I have none of the partnership lines between my players. Anyone know why this is?

It's been raised over on the official forums. There's no consensus yet as to whether it's an issue with the game, or an issue with managers' tactics.

I'm in February (Arsenal) and only have the couple that were there from the start. Definitely seems like something isn't working right as presumed it would be quite an important part of the game.

Hopefully fixed for release.
