Premium subscription refund

My subscription of premium membership automatically renewed a week or so ago and took £10.

I’ve cancelled the membership but am looking for it to be backdated and a refund issued as I don’t use the site anymore as have no way of playing FM at the moment.

Can anybody help with how to go about arranging this?
