I'd like to be able to download an earlier version of the FM20 Data Update (19th November, after Pochettino and his team were sacked from Spurs, but before Mourinho was hired), but there doesn't seem to be a way to do this anymore. I remember for previous versions of the game, you could choose which version to download according to the time it was updated.

Is this not a thing anymore, or has it just not been implemented yet?

You used to be able to do that only to toggle between the starting database as with the game release and the one with the winter transfer update.

Sorry, I was referring to the SortItOutSI Data Update. On the page here https://sortitoutsi.net/football-manager-data-update it used to have an option to choose which version you could download by the time it was updated, so for instance I could've downloaded the one updated on November 19th at 10PM. That option doesn't appear to be there anymore.

that update is for FM19 there is nothing out yet here for FM20 though there will be soon

if you are using FM19 want to start a save just open the live update file in the editor and remove poch from spurs job will take seconds to do or remove Jose if you are using the most recent update

but if you intend to play as spurs you would be replacing whoever is the manager at game start anyway

Now the updates are unavailable until 16th Mar 2020 at 03:57am. Any reason behind this odd choice of removing them?

it is probably automatic and there is perhaps only a limited amount of space allowed for this on site so when that limit is reached, thus the last available date changes


only footygamer could explain/confirm this
