Help with custom kits please

I have created a new team and made kits on photoshop for them. They are png files and have added an xml file but they will not load in game. I clear cache and reload the skin but still no luck. Does anybody have any ideas?

Any help is massively appreciated

unticked 'Use caching to decrease page loading times & tick 'Reload skin when confirming changes in Preferences ?

make sure right place - C:\Users\[name]\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2020\graphics\kits\ put in there with kits and xml in one folder

then reload skin.....is it correct ID number?

if not working, then give me your kits and ID number, ill check.

Sometimes custom clubs shows error when you add kits. I was several times on susie discord server the same question but still don't know how they or did they fix that. I'll check and let you know.
It should be simple with adding ID in config files like hammer9 said.

made the changes in preferences and the files are in the right place. noticed that the id number for my club was different in the game than it was in the editor so changed it in the xml but i still haven't had any luck

how do i send the files to you? (sorry, i'm new to this side of fm). i'm sure it's going to be something really simple that's causing it

Attach them to your reply by clicking the add attachment button at the bottom of the reply box. Clicking it more than once will open multiple upload links

You'll need to upload the image(s) and the config file

That looks fine. You are on a PC and not a Mac, right?

Everything looks fine then

May well be a case specifically with kits not displaying for custom teams, in which case there's not much to be done

i can see thats you setup new team with new ID number thats i cant do with editor 2020 for this new ID tho..but you can do yourself with the in-game editor.

and have you done this -

Hi,

I have the same issue, I did everything but the kits do not appear in game. However, they work fine when I put them into a non-custom club. Any advice?
