Was doing some tinkering with database (promoted/relegated clubs) tried to start a new season but now all of Germany and Italy are unavailable. It wont let me tick on their boxes. What did I do wrong? The proper number of clubs are in each division...

Unless you upload the respective editor data files, it's very hard to tell what's wrong from the little detail given. Have you tried testing nation rules from within the editor? If there's something wrong, then the editor will display an error message in that respect...
