When nudging the shirt up, make sure it joins smoothly with the neck. In this case, he looks like somebody had a small nibble at the neck on our left
Also, try and have the topmost bit of the collar start just beneath the chin so that you can have 2-3 pixels of collar starting from below the chin. This looks more natural than if you nudge the collar further up as in your cut, in which he looks a bit hunched.
When all is said and done, this imo looks a little bit more realistic
