I have the exact same problem.

Worked fine yesterday and today all I see, are black shadows where the cutouts should be.

Same goes for logos (all being downloaded from here)

The only thing I did was updating face pack, which Ive done many times before on previous games without a problem.

 

EDIT: Turns out steam, somehow erased user data directory from preferences. Copied a formula, deleted cache and it works fine.

 

Hi, what did you change exactly? I don't even have the black cut out of players atm and not sure how to change it
