It is now updated again, and now they are promoted to LigaPro. You just need to download the file again, and start a new game

Thank you for your time and effort with this, so I am sorry to point these out

Slovakia leagues are no longer playable with your update - Choose nations screen has an error message which states "Require maximum of 16 teams for II.liga, found 17"

Olympiakos cannot be picked as a playable team as they play in the Greek U19 division with your update
