Approx how long will it be completed for all leagues? I mean the changes such as proms/rels. Especially, I need Turkish leagues' data update.

Hi everyone! Turkish Super League will be 21 clubs at 20/21 season. Also the other Turkish leagues has disabled relegation rule for this season but champions, runner-ups and play off winners will be on upper league. Could anyone do that on In-game editor? I am not able to do that. Thanks in advance.
