Some logos are still missing, you are probably using a custom malta league db, and the logos in this pack are only for the teams present in the original db so all the user made team will never have logos.

Not a chance. I continued a work that was done this way, i don't have the time for that, and unlike many people other people around that have help, or have a work that permits to work on these, i do not. I am alone in this and today i might be in Lisbon working tomorrow i might be heading to Sidney. Hammer has helped alot and other people also but this is a one man gig.

I found this logo of Barclays U21 Premier League on the official website, but i dont know competition ID

Not present ingame, it's generated after game start so the id changes from game to game.
