#428145 Difficulty getting cutout facepack and logos to work in FM18

i tried to put 2 new images (Lamela and Montoya) on my working folder C:\Users\Name\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2018\graphics
I can't see this 2 new faces , i have already cleared cache , skin reload and changed into dark skin.
Any tips?
