@phug in cases like these where the original cut is not even 180x180, there's not really any point in upsizing it to 250x250, because it will rarely be an improvement

All right no problem. If you are planning on cutting it again, remember that every cut should include a little bit of collar.
Since in some sources, for example the one from which this image was cut, the person in the image has a longer neck than usual or the collar is lower down, the above would be quite difficult to achieve naturally.
Here's a technique of how the above can be accomplished quite easily by lassoing the collar and nudging it upwards:

I think he just wants the scoreboard in-game to always look like ABC-DEF. Makes sense, because if you're watching a game on TV they never show it as Venez-Juv either. Don't know if you can fix that easily?
