#709370 Logo & Kits Not Fully Loading In
The files might not have extracted properly, for example can you check if there is an image with the name 735 in your logo folder? That's the West Ham one, if it's not there it won't load in-game obviously. In that case you're better of just deleting the packs and installing them again

@Copywriter When possible please make the backgrounds in the highest allowed resolution, the smaller ones are really only for if the source is very small or low quality 👍

@naboin @RoughJustice13 @Ross Forrester Some skins only support certain type of backgrounds, so them not showing up doesn't mean that you have done something wrong.
Here are the skins currently available for FM23, I'm pretty sure the FLUT one supports all backgrounds. Haven't had time to check the rest yet

@Skeikla We have a limited amount of cutters, so please don't request whole teams. Try to pick out the ones that are clear improvements on the current cut. For example this one is only from last year and basically identical to the new image, so it's not really worth spending time on 👍

@Giacomo Ferraresi When uploading a pack, please name the images as the ID of the person. That way the system will automatically recognise them and you don't have to type in their names

@Giacomo Ferraresi There is a limit for 6 individual requests at once, but you can also upload packs. There is no limit on those, and they can contain up to 50 images each 👍

1) Go to the player's/staff's profile, click the profile image to view a larger image, and open that in a new tab.

3) Copy this part of the image URL, the rest doesn't matter. https://img.a.transfermarkt.technology/portrait/big/435648-1576766482.jpg?lm=1

Now you can get the actual full-size image instead of one that's resized to 390px tall.

So you only have around 223,000 faces while the megapack has over 378,000 in total, do you remember anything going wrong with extracting the file? It might be best to download the complete pack again

@huppa Decent first cuts, but they are cropped a bit too far from the chin and also contain some outline (snow) in the hair that's very visible when using a dark skin
Leaving a gap of 2-3 pixels below the chin and above the hair is enough 👍
