@Footygamer I've noticed that for a lot of loan players, the game automatically creates a buy option (even though we haven't set that up)
Seems to be completely random who gets it though, there are also players without it

@Doddo04 If you're getting images from getty, I'd advice you to avoid those vertical types, as you need to crop off most of the images which makes is look pretty blurry. You can actually filter them out here:

It's always a bit hard to get it right with those youth teams, as in-game they might not have set it up correctly. What I always do is go to the teams page, and then scroll down to the staff. You can see that in this case they have a U21 and U19 team in-game, so I've put him in the U21. Maybe next year they will change it to reserves

@mrjejal0306 Please avoid transferring people to these II teams, as most of them have been removed from the game this year. Players will be moved around between teams automatically anyways, and for staff you can give them a role for a specific youth team 👍

If the ‘leaves at end of contract' option is enabled, the chances will also be higher that the club will sell him earlier than that. After all it's more realistic that they sell him this summer than that he extends his contract until 2026 or whatever right? The right way to cut/edit person backgrounds (and other backgrounds):
Of course first try to find the largest and sharpest images available. Then open an editing program like photopea.com, go to ‘image size' and change the width to 1920. Make sure the ‘keep proportions' button is enabled, then the image height will automatically be adjusted as well
Then go to ‘canvas size' and change the height to 1080.
Then the only thing you need to do is move the image up or down to make it look right. Try to crop close to the top of the head, while still keeping some breathing space. This way the background will look the sharpest and most similar to the original, and it will take you 20 seconds at most 👍
Edit: When you have a panoramic image like this, you need to do it the other way around of course. So go to ‘image size' and change the height to 1080, and after that go to ‘canvas size' and adjust the width to 1920

@kfnielsen These are better, but please do check a person's timeline before requesting a new image, as for some of these they already had an identical image to the ones you sent in 😉 Also try to crop a bit closer to the top of the head, we want to make the most use of the canvas space 👍

If there are no recent images available for someone, we would rather keep them without a face. It's fine if you don't agree with that, you can cut them yourself and use them in your own game. But please don't request them as source here, it's just not worth the time.
