Like the video shows you can use photopea.com which is basically a free online version of photoshop. Feel free to try to cut some yourself by following the tutorials, otherwise you can just upload the source images and we will make them

Do you mean the standard game faces or the ones from the facepack that you are using? This update shouldn't affect faces at all, can you post a screenshot of your graphics folder?

@Njål Hatlebakk Eidhamar These aren't bad cuts, but they don't fully meet the guidelines. Can you upload the original source images?

Cuts should be in either 250x250 pixels, or 180x180 for smaller sources. It's also recommended to use remove.bg in order to remove the background from the source image, it basically does all the work for you and gives very clean results.

From the FAQ:
How do I install update packs?
You need to copy and overwrite the faces and the new config file from the update pack into the faces folder and follow the same procedure for the iconfaces folder.
If done correctly, you should be asked if you want to overwrite files – accept. You should have one folder for faces and another folder for iconfaces, and no sub-folder whatsoever in them.
These steps are to be repeated for every update pack downloaded, and they are to be installed chronologically.
If this doesn't help please post screenshots of your graphics and faces folder

Also if they contract end date is unknown, please make sure that field is empty and don't make up dates yourself

Yes I've uploaded it now. It's 2 years old though, try to avoid old images as well. We have around 6000 pending requests so would prefer to cut recent images

@Gyver Please don't use an image enlarger/sharpener, as it makes the face look unrealistic. If the size of the face in the source image is below ~150 pixels then it's just too small to cut unfortunately

@JugadorFM If you have multiple cuts please upload them as a pack (maximum of 50 images per pack), it saves time with uploading and moderating. If you name all of the images as the ID of the person, the system will automatically recognise them so you don't even have to type in their names 👍
