@Andrew2012 Please avoid adjusting the saturation so much, as it makes the face look a bit unnatural. In most cases just adding a bit of brightness and contrast is enough 👍

Can you post a screenshot of that as well? And what skin are you using?

@Engin B. Please don't use image enlarging/sharpening software in any case, as it makes the face look unrealistic. If the source isn't of the best quality you can always make the cut in 180x180 👍

If you meant them as cuts, they are not ready to be added to the pack yet. We want all cuts to be in either 250x250 pixels, or 180x180 for smaller sources. No we usually start with that around the end of the season. Like I said the winter update will come out soon so there wouldn't be much point in doing it now

@frxns_ Please be more considerate when picking out images to request. You have to be absolutely sure that it will be an improvement on the current cut.

From the guidelines:

• If you are requesting an image for a person who already has a cut in the megapack, please make sure that the source you are uploading will produce an improvement. We don't consider a newer image to be automatically an improvement since we also take quality of source and cut into consideration. If the current megapack cut is recent and similar in look (check on his/her timeline before uploading an image), there is little added value in cutting another source for the person. Just because a source image is more recent than that in the MP does not automatically mean it's an improvement. It's better to have a slightly older image in the MP if it is of better quality. Ask yourself, is it really an improvement to the existing MP image? If it's the same face and hairstyle with just this season's new kit, it's probably just an alternative. Please keep in mind that we have a limited number of cutters and hundreds of thousands of images in the megapack, so we can't update them every few months or so.

We currently have 6000 pending requests, so there is really no time to cut ones like this where the current cut is identical looking and done within the last year.

The official winter update should release within the next week, that one will adjust CA/PA for a lot of players

If you click on ‘people' in the editor and then search for the player you want to edit, you will be able to change his attributes.

If a player retires, please set them as non-player though, that way there is still a chance for them to become a coach in-game

It depends on what league you play in and how realistic you want the game to be. Our data update adds changes to almost 27,000 people and should include most transfers in the relevant leagues, but there will still be a lot of things that are missing. Plus the winter update also adds players/staff to the database that were missing in the base game.

Another big thing about the winter update is that it updates attributes and CA/PA for a lot of players based on their performance so far this season. For some players this will make a huge difference in how their career develops.

Also bug fixes to things like scouting etc. are not compatible with an existing save. So if you're planning to start a long-term career, I would just wait a few more days.
