What are the match rating thresholds for criticism and praise? Is it the same as training?

I play with a Custom USA competition and I dont see throphies that I've won at the Club info page.
Also I was wondering when you use worldwide CL the ranking of clubs in competition have no colours,
Normally the number 2 till 5 should have blue to be able to play CL but I dont see the colours, maybe you can make a option for it in the skin

Is November 8 really the release date? I see anywhere else 19th, But if you go to the tab to buy this game on this site you will see November 8 release date is it really true?

I have a paypal account but i put money on it trough Ideal but its not connected to a creditcard however when i try to pay here its asking for my creditcard so i put momey for nothing on my paypall account
