Good day,

I have a simple but complex question: how does non-coaching staff in FM improve?

For example: I'm working with a DOF with 'Negotiating 8'. Obviously, I'd want him to improve. But how do DOFs, Scouts etc. improve their stats? Do they even improve?

Hey,

I would like to choose all players which exist in the game in my game setup.

But the menu's are very confusing, and I have no idea which number is the maximum number of players.

Anyone has some advice?
