Hey @Damien 14, thanks for checking in. I'm great, and I hope you are too. I'm gradually finding a balance between my work and modding projects, and I'm definitely itching to get back to it. Also, I've been thinking about exploring new directions with my modding projects, possibly branching out or integrating new tools to enhance our experiences. Although, not much of it yet. 

Hey guys, due to my current workload, I haven't been able to dedicate as much time as I'd like to creating new boots. While I can't commit to a specific timeline right now, please know that your suggestions are definitely on my radar and something I'm excited to work on when time permits. Hi! I managed to edit selected shoes below, actually replaced them with Nike Air Force shoes 🙂. However, I later halted the project, presuming a lack of user interest.

@Doddo04 outfits with purple boots are customizable. Select one of them and you'll see your manager's wearing licensed boots. See video below.

This should work for you: "Fiddling with settings. In FM, I changed the 3D graphics settings, reloaded the skin, and it's working! It must have been some 3D graphics thing that needed to be refreshed or something!"

You don't need to create any folder if you have the tool. Click “Install Selected Boots” and it'll do the rest.

It probably overrides LOD settings. Glad it's fixed.

@aaronjmiller91 has found a solution for this. He wrote the following on our Discord channel:

My Profile > Profile > Edit Manager Appearance > Attire - The ones with purple boots are customizable. 

Hi guys! Wishing you all an awesome week.  I've got some news - especially for those facing installation path issues. 

I've implemented two new features in our tool. Please check below:

1. Open Folder button: This opens the folder where the boots are installed. It will be useful if you're not sure in which directory the boots are installed.
2. Menu > Change Installation Directory: If you're using a different directory than the default one, you can browse and change it from here.

📣I was planning to release it with v1.3, but since some of you are waiting for a fix, there's no need to wait until the weekend. I'll release a version (v1.2.1) today. As always, an email with a download link will be sent to everyone who already owns the tool. So, don't forget to check your inbox.

Sometimes C:\Users[USERNAME]\OneDrive\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2024 and C:\Users[USERNAME]\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2024 create conflict. The Boot Selector installs boots to the second directory, without OneDrive. Make sure check both, if you're using OneDrive. 

I'm planning to add a browse function to change installation folder for the next update. I hope this feature will fix this issue.

Are you sure you haven't cleared the selected boots? If there's a kit_masks folder but no installed boots in it, you probably cleared them all from the tool.

Thanks to @aaronjmiller91, we've found that all players wearing the same boots is a graphics bug. If you change the 3D settings to recommended and reload skin, it should work.

You can close it now. Boots are installed. 👌🏼
