There's a forum topic for 3D fantasy kits. Anyone can pick up your request. If not, tough luck, though it might help if you don't ask for brand new and unique kit. Maybe some recolor of already made kit might get done sooner.

Now it's just a case of being patient until it gets cut. At the current rate, most missing requests get cut within a day or two. At most, you'd have to wait until the weekend, but I don't reckon it'll take that long.

In the meantime, have a look for some better alternative sources for this guy

@KodjiaMaster, that's not really large enough to provide a decent cut, plus it's got a fair chunk of his head missing. Have a look at this thread for some tips on how to find the best possible source images

As indicated by @Side Splitting Pass, all bar one of the pics have already been cut from the same or better source pics & the other pic is too small to cut, so there's no need to review this pack as none of them need to be cut.

It doesn't matter what format the requested images are in, as long as they are large enough to be cut

You can find which cut-outs are included in the megapack by using the cut-out search tool.

If you use the request forum search tool, it will only bring up requests with that UID made on the forum since it was not established, and will not include cut-outs produced as part of teampacks and mixpacks.
