The folder name has got nothing to do with it, I'm afraid.

Can you upload a screenshot of the icons folder and its contents pls?

only the megapack is working.

You have probably also downloaded the icons pack. There's a mistake in the config file of the icons pack which assigns the small faces to the main player pic. Our mistake. We apologise.

Happily, though, this is very simple to fix. Follow the below steps to fix it in less than 30 seconds.

1) Go to your ICONS folder and locate the config.xml file.
2) Open it with NOTEPAD. (Opening with any other text-based program is fine, but it'll take MUCH longer)
3) Press Ctrl+H
4) Find all instances of /portrait and replace them with /icon.
5) Save and close the program
6) Job done

Hope this helps you all

not working for me, i changed the folder name to Icons 8.0, is this affected?

why i can't see the icons in my fm2015?
i put the folder "Megapack 8.0" and "Icons 8.0" in C:\Users\Alfred\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2015\graphics\faces

i can only see the megapack but not the icons.
