I did not open a paypal account when I made my purchase but paid by credit card and the automatic payment confirmation email for outgoing requests me to contact you to modify or cancel my authorization for this automatic payment. Please settle this as soon as possible.

Hey to cancel you should just be able to unsubscribe via your paypal account.
