Just sharing my experience here, as I try many times to get it to work… I think the missing crucial step in the guide is where to put the ManagerPortrait.dll

 

I am not sure whether the DLL file auto creates the ‘managers’ folder.

 

"E:\Program Files (x86)\Epic Games\FootballManager26\BepInEx\plugins\ManagerPortrait\managers"

 

Initially, the DLL file was in the above ‘managers’ folder and my pics were also there..but it didn't work. Then, after running the game, I saw the 2nd ‘managers’ folder being created. 

 

It became "E:\Program Files (x86)\Epic Games\FootballManager26\BepInEx\plugins\ManagerPortrait\managers\managers"

 

So, I move my pics to the 2nd ‘manager’s folder created.. and restart the game. Then my manager pics are showing.

IMO, it is always best to share the all actual folder and files structure should be for these kinda mods like the replace FM with real names guide. Else, many people will come and report the issue.
