If you go to “Training”, then down the left-hand side go click on the current schedule that you wish to displace e.g. “defence tactical style” that is defaulted from the AI. Then click “create schedule” in the bottom left hand corner and then “new schedule” and finally “custom schedules” and click “load”.

 

It took me a while to find too.

 

I've not uploaded any set pieces myself though.
