Never said that there was anything wrong with the config-file.

I just think a lot of people maybe been downloading the Complete pack, and not gettning the Spanish kits to work. Then download the seperate kits and copying it into an existning kits-folder. If you where to copy the config-file from the new folder it would just overwrite. Instead of merging the two together.

Seems like a few people on here had that very problem. This was just my solution.
Just puting it out there, potentially helping someone else.

you mean megapack problem with config, that's fine.

You just need to add the code from the ‘config’-file – to link the Kits correctly. Can be done with any type of free code editor and with no coding skills at all.

Simply just follow the instructions above, and then open the cofig file in you graphics/kits-folder with a code editor.
Then open the config file within the ‘Spain Liga EA Sports SS´25-26’-folder.
Copy the rows of text (code) from <record from="alaves1" to="graphics/pictures/team/1688/kits/home"/> all the way down to <record from="villarreal3" to="graphics/pictures/team/1777/kits/third"/>
The place thge code in the config-file from your graphics/kits-folder – with in the tag named </list>
Save the main config-file
Close the game (and Steam) if you haven't already.
Boot up, and done!
Thanks @hammer9 for some great work!

Our config was fine, only kit's colour change is a problem, that's why I'm waiting for FM26 editor til Nov 4th to fix.

I am using the Standard logo pack. faces and kits work fine, logos dont. I tried rename a logo from club id to club name and its working. There is something not working between same number in kits and logo

Ask them thats u use standard logos 🤷🏻‍♂️

Take out the small logos as I have read that can cause conflict and are not needed in FM26. Perhaps try it with one team that you are managing, and if that solves it, then get rid of the other small ones. I have done that in my game and seems to be all ok.

There's just few mistakes.
Spartak away kit is the third one,so away kit is missing.IMT kits are incorrect (old from season 2024/25) same as away for Radnički 1923.
I'm not sure how to make a request with kits,especially since I have multiple sources for those kits.
In the case someone is interested in doing them, here are correct/missing sources.
