- In a more than surprising decision, coming from vacations in the summer, I was called to the presidents office, in the back of the bar where he told me that from now on, the club would be semi-professional, that I would recieve 1200 euros a month and that I would only need to work part time in the bar from now on. I would also have 11000 euros per month in salaries for the players. I called an emergency meeting and started and put my scout to work. Since they were not bound to any contact a lot of players had already left for greener pastures, but with the capabilty to give money to players I did enter the market strong and snapped a few nice signigs, only one that I want to make notice, Lee Edison, the new boss of the middfield...an area where the team did not exceed in the last season.
- During the pre-season in the friendly matches the team showed quality which was getting better and better as new reeinforcments arived from the market and I could see a clear trend of a good attack and a good defence, this time supported by a convincing midfield that was the main source of assists...well lets see if the team is able to mantain this rythem once the official games start.
- As no sponsorship deal comes without strings, the 20k a year given by the new bar beer providers for the club, comes with strings attached...in this case these horrible jerseys...

- Exactly as I had progronesed the team only needed to win a game to become the champion on this division and this came without a big problem or even doubt on the first game. After that we started experimenting with some players and the last results were not as good until the end of the season but the truth is that we didnt need the points anymore and the 7 point advantage is enough to show how unexpectantly good this team that started out as a 2 man squad managed to get to the promotion...
- In a squad where rotation was more than just an obligation, it was a rule, the team was close to perfect in the attack and in the defense. The midfield was probably the part where we were never able to be much better than the other squads and it is not a surprise that the one chosen as the best player of the year for the fans was Stevens, that started poorly but with the arrival of Stevenson, exceed himself and was the top goalscorer and the guy the scooped more times the PoM award. Lets try to build up for next season now!

- It was hard to see things going even better than this in another series of games, 6 in total where the team managed to make an amazing 15 points. Besides there was an a huge amount of goals and although the defense is falling somehow short here and there, the rest of the teams from the crazy goalkeeper to the 4 strikers and the strong passing creative midfield have been no short of amazing. With 5 games to go it is clear that we will be the ones leading the table in the end as we only need to make 4 points in order to win the league. Let the party start hopefully already in the next game!!!

- I was beginning to be proud not only of myself but of all my coaching staff and all these players that come from their jobs late in the evening to train and drink beers. The results kept on coming with the team mantaining a good performance on the defensive end and even a better one in the attack, albo because Stevenson made the other strickers from the team work even harder to get things done, we even managed to win a game by 8-0 (and this is not FM 15!) So with "only" 11 games to go the title is more and more a probabilty, as we keep 5 points difference from the second place and dominate almost in all categories on the individual level...who knew? maybe we can get promotion!

- Like I said the team was playing well in defense but scoring very poorly and that was something that was bothering me as I was playing with two strickers and they were not being competent enough, better they were barely scoring, so I decided to go to the next village and grab their attacker, look the guy even has a photo!!!
- The effect was almost emidiate as Stevenson manage to change the attack of the team and being able to turning the opportunities into real goals. The FA vase which was not an objective ended abruptly in the 4th round, but maybe this was for the better as some of the team members were already tired in the midweek and some where not even available to play as their bosses needed them to work till late. In the league the new attack had almost an emidiate effect and the team made a very good two month of fixtures, that put us in the top spot with a big difference to the second. Champions of the winter, this may be a story of glory!

- This seems to have runned a bit better than the first batch of games, with all the players getting to know each other and trading war stories, it seems to have been formed a real team. Still some guys keep insisting on getting drunk with our useless scout after the training and some betting on EPL games has taken place without my concentiment. The FA Vase is far from an objective for us but we went through the first two rounds with ease and maybe we can make some money for the club to buy new balls on this one!
- In the league in this 6 games we won 4, drew 1 and lost the other one against town rivals Northampton ON Chenecks, which cause some stone and bottle throwing. Still very positive is the fact that we were 7 games without suffering a single goal and this performances put us in the 3rd place at the moment, with only one point difference to the top and with clearly the best deffence of the league. Maybe we can do better than was predicted of us...only something is missing in the attack where we have been poor
