Well I'd love to be proven wrong but it looks like we still won't be getting anyone in on loan to turn around this shower of shite. Been to every home game this season and it's gotten worse and worse as it's gone along.

3-5-2 or something similar has been mentioned on WACCOE, could see that MAYBE working, something like this, to make up for our lack of wingers and allow Byram and Warnock to get forward:

----------------------------Kenny
--------Lees/Peltier----Pearce----Wootton
Byram--------------------------------------------Warnock
--------------- Austin---Green---Mowatt

------------------McCormack-Poleon

I know I'm late to the party through not being active on the site but god what a show, definitely the best show I've ever watched and I love all of these videos and things you see in the news about the show now it's finished.

Not sure if anyone's posted about this, but I am definitely buying this: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Breaking-Bad-Complete-Exclusive-Amazon-co-uk/dp/B00EKN4C8O/ref=sr_1_11?ie=UTF8&qid=1381961758&sr=8-11&keywords=breaking+bad Heard it has an alternate ending too.

BR is kicked off of his 1st place spot after months in the lead!

Also, I have an idea that I'd like to share with you all and I'd like your feed back on it. What I was thinking is that at the halfway mark through the season I could split the league into two groups, one for people in the top half and one for the bottom half. In theory this would keep things interesting for the people near the bottom, and gives them a decent chance of finishing top of their respective group.

Like I say, this is just an idea, but I appreciate any input on it.

Chokosc more than making up for the previous week by getting the most points out of everyone in GW11.

Also, Zoli has decided to quit the Prediction league, which is why he has been removed from the new table.

PM's have been sent out for GW12!

There was a time when that would genuinely bother me. But what's the point in caring any more? There's a weird limbo floating over the club, with everyone involved (players, staff, fans) all saying takeover, takeover, takeover. So if everyone's on hiatus until the magical takeover happens and we get to see just how green the grass is, is there really any point in caring?

Not for me. As long as we finish in 21st place or higher I don't care what happens this season. And it'll be a waste of my time to get show interest in any league fixture this year.

Agreed, we haven't turned up for any league game since Forest, it's just fucking depressing now. Eddie Gray was an absolute joke after the game tonight as well, how he can continue to defend Bates is beyond me. Looks like half our team's injured or suspended for next week now as well.

How's he getting on for Galaxy? I've not really kept up with him. Judging by this I'm assuming he isn't exactly setting the MLS alight?

28 starts and 18 goals for LA this season in the MLS, so not too bad. Thierry Henry has 15 in 24 for NY. According to ESPN.

I've just updated the table, which is shown in the OP. Also, with PMing not fully up yet, with no option to send a PM to more than one person at once, I'd appreciate it if you could all post your scores below for this week, with the following code:

Saturday 6 October
12:45 Manchester City v. Sunderland
15:00 Chelsea v. Norwich City
15:00 Swansea City v. Reading
15:00 West Bromwich Albion v. Queens Park Rangers
15:00 Wigan Athletic v. Everton
17:30 West Ham United v. Arsenal
Sunday 7 October
13:30 Southampton v. Fulham
15:00 Liverpool v. Stoke City
15:00 Tottenham Hotspur v. Aston Villa
16:00 Newcastle United v. Manchester United

If some of you haven't posted your scores by tomorrow evening I'll send a PM out to get a hold of you, but as I say I'd appreciate if you posted in here. Thanks.

Sky Sports understands Leeds United ace El Hadji Diouf is set for discussions over a new contract at the club later this week.

Diouf has been a revelation at Elland Road this season since his arrival on a free transfer in the summer.

The Senegal international is currently on a short-term deal at Leeds which expires in January and his form has not gone unnoticed by rival clubs.

Diouf has scored three goals for Leeds and turned in a man-of-the-match display in Leeds' 2-1 win over high-flying Everton in the Capital One Cup last week.

Leeds are looking to tie down the former Liverpool and Bolton man to a new deal and the player's agent, Willie McKay, admits Diouf would be happy to sign a long-term contract if the terms are right.

"I am meeting Neil Warnock to discuss a new deal for El Hadji as his current contract expires in January," McKay told skysports.com.

"I believe El Hadji has shown he is the best player in the Championship and the interest in him has been amazing.

"I have been contacted by two Premier League clubs who have asked about his situation in January.

"I know El Hadji wants to stay at Leeds and as he loves it there and wants to help them get promotion."

McKay added: "The manager took a gamble to sign El Hadji and he signed for Leeds not for the money, but for the manager because he is one of the lowest paid players at the club.

"The deal he is on is a tenth of the deal he was previously on and I think he has proved to the Leeds fans he is committed and he has worked harder than ever before.

"I know the manager is desperate to keep him and El Hadji is desperate to stay, but this could be El Hadji's last contract and it has to be right.

"El Hadji is happy to sign a long-term contract for two or three years, but the terms have to be right."

It's not my words, copy paste job from YEP. Warnock is very confident of getting him on for the rest of the season at least, so that's good news.

Ah right, just noticed the 'Click here to register...' But yeah it seems as though both parties are very keen on him staying and I doubt wages are going to be an issue, even if Bates is still here for a while.

You have got to say that El-Hadji Diouf has been marvellous since he’s come to the club.

He invites everyone into the game and his control is good. Funnily enough, we were talking on Friday night about the only contribution he needed was a few goals now and lo and behold, he sticks a couple in at Bristol!

He’s been terrific since he has been at the football club.

Looking at us as a side now, we’re starting to knock the ball around. But Diouf cannot play any other way; he’s not one who wants to be chasing long balls into the corners and fighting with centre-halves up in the air. That’s not his game.

He gets the ball into his feet and makes the game flow and brings others into the game.

He’s got so much talent and looks so relaxed on the ball because he is just so confident in his own ability.

He’s a great touch and is a good passer and crosser of the ball. We saw his set-piece quality with the free-kick which saw Rodolph Austin hit the bar and with another in which the Bristol goalkeeper made a great save.

Click here to register and have your say on the Leeds United stories and issues that matter to you

When Ross McCormack was fit, he was taking all the free-kicks and was brilliant at it, but Diouf’s delivery is just as good. We’re still a threat from
set-pieces with him there.

He’s certainly as good as any player in this league. But what you have got to remember is that he’s played at the very highest level and has shown himself to be a top-class footballer.

I know he has had his problems off the pitch – and sometimes, on it – but as a player, he’s conducted himself terrifically well since he’s come to Leeds.

He also has a great rapport with the Leeds fans and you wouldn’t have imagined that happening when we signed him.

What has turned the fans around is his sheer talent and ability and the fact he’s working hard. He’s such an effective player.

You get the impression that if any of the Leeds United players get the ball and Diouf is in the vicinity, they will just knock it to him. We saw that against Everton and Forest and now Bristol.

With our second half on Saturday, it was Diouf who won the free-kick on the halfway line, remember. He is playing very, very well.

Agree with all your points. He has been far better than I ever hoped so far, and against Everton he was absolute quality. Hope we can get him tied down for the rest of the season soon.

I have no clue how this works, but I'm up for it anyway.

By Eurostar | Permalink | On 28 September 2012 - 21:18 PM
I'm up for it... whatever 'it' is?

Basically on FIFA you can use your virtual pros online in a club with other people. It works in that you go to your clubs page, and from there you can go to a starting 11/tactic page with anyone else from the club, select your position and play, just needs two or more people.

On 13, it now has a league system which is the same as online seasons, with the objective to get up to division 1 and win the title.
