Some images have tags for the following users if you need info on who is to credit for the work. I assume more users maybe involved.
Lohan (Serie C), Didimos (Serie B exception of 2 i think)
Serie A has some tagged and some not, Korvin, Didmos and Lohan also have kits in this pack

Extract the Metalic Logos main (4GB in size approx for latest version)
Accept any overwrite of folders which would only be the Football Manager 2015 folder and editor data maybe

On certain screens and resolutions the images are smaller and or bigger in places, so with the new @2x logos being a different size it helps the game load the best possible image size and keeping as much of the detail as possible.
This is just from what i have read.

If the above is correct make sure you have unticked use skin cache and ticked reload skin on confirm as this is also a possible reason to why its not showing, clearing cache can help

If your running the 15.2 then you need to download the latest versions of the skins you want but remove the skin from your skin folders before placing the new versions then load fm and maybe clear the cache files

make sure everything is updated such as graphics drivers, directx and sometimes you may need directx june 2010 or something like that.
If you can give more information via a PM or on here what stage of the game crashes? such as starting up on loading video, new game setup, going past certain date in saved game, when in match engine etc.

Removing the CL kit from the database via data editor will sort your problem out but only for new games, the problem is not the 3D kit pack but the games database.

Get the Megapack it will have all the images inside them if wanting for your game.
Search the forum for Chelsea pack might have to search post by post if you are serious enough about it.
Find the UID from the players in game and grab them from the Megapack if downloaded.
Now for the best option use this to search for the Chelsea players using the UID that is found in game, Save the image(s) to your HDD and enjoy a custom made Chelsea pack for yourself.

This needs to be done using the data editor and to do so you need to remove the CL kits from the clubs that use the CL kits in real life as the kit makers have nothing to do with this problem

Downloaded Complete Pack - 2015.1 04-11-2014
Updated above pack with the following...
Update Pack - 2015.3 6190 Images 02-02-2015
Update Pack - 2015.2 6586 Images 27-12-2014
Then as someone posted they didn't have the logos i checked my main pack and i was in the same boat as i never had those images either.
So i downloaded all the update packs and checked each one images not in any so i downloaded the Complete Pack - 2015.3 and those images was in that pack.
I hope the above corrects and is more understandable than my muddled up messy posts from before, sorry about that as i'm dyslexic and can get in a muddle :/

Yes i know about the config generator just puzzled to why i never got the missing logos after downloading the main pack for 15 but if you can add that fm14 update pack to the next update it will save a lot of time for those whom have the missing logos and or add them into the folder?
Just wanting to make sure everything is all correct not for me just the others
