you should have a config in the folder something like this:

each kit you have must be assigned in the config with the club id matching that club's image etc.

@GingerNinja79 and @France.champion29 please label all kits with respective teams H/A/T etc a bonus option would be include the UID

All other packs have been non home kit updates but rather than waiting next update out later today.

I had an issue which was related to the xbox app update and the only resolve i had was a fresh install of FM26

The following kits do not match the config
 

Albania third (albany third) - file spelling error
Congo Third (congo third) - missing from config
Kazakhstan Home (kazakhstan  home) - double space before home

Next update most likely in 2 weeks depending on number of packs released from next Sunday.

It's not possible for this to work in FM26 unless the skin can be modified or find a way to edit the game to allow but nobody found the fix as yet.
