Sometimes the packs are released with minimum all teams H/A kits then the later updates you will see the few missing kits appear once they've been created or released irl.

@BoBzls i noticed on the image you had the location of the pack as:

Graphics/AI Faces

I assume the pack you have is within this folder such as:

Graphics/AI Faces/URAN/players/male

if the above is the case then you must select the URAN folder on Select Image Directory so when the program runs it automatically starts the process using players folder

Just to let you guys know about this week's update… I'll try to get completed in the coming days if not next Sunday will be a big update.

1. Extract folder to Documents/Sport Interactive/Football Manager 20##/graphics/kits/put in here!
( If there is no graphics folder there, create "graphics" )

2. FMXX - click 'Preferences' > 'Interface' > unticked 'Use caching to decrease page loading times & tick 'Reload skin when confirming changes' > click 'Reload Skin' for first your time.

@Ibarra please add in description that these are just converts from PES and some kits are from 23/24 season.

@MirkoFerrari6 I found it easier and less time consuming by updating the main pack and only releasing it as a whole new version. otherwise we'd have a weekly update then imagine from day 1 we'd have 50 updates or even 12 or so if monthly.

It's just a matter of using the new pack and deleting the old version, if you do anything such as custom kits such as those found in the alternatives folder (within clubs) you'd need to replace them again.

Each week i'll update the file with the next batch of kits and @DazS8 will kindly upload the files for you guys to enjoy.

I had similar issue but when I changed the app to run as admin it worked without issue.

Maybe try to reinstall?

Please run as administrator for the FMZ Tools application as it requires admin level.

Once the kits become public the new kits will be updated.

Based on my findings both packs are different, also your pack is in the wrong size format.

based on my findings both packs appear to be PES converts and not copies as the earlier pack in some parts looks a bit more clean in some parts of the images where as this pack appears to be more raw version:

rename the file as it has an ‘n’ instead of ‘m’ in the name.
