2. There is many facepacks aavailable that suits your style, not all the players will be in the game but feel free to find an image for them and if they not in the WIP threads then maybe zip a group together for someone to created, but the WIP lists are huge so dont expect them fast
3. I assume this is possible using the editor before you start a game and maybe another way but not sure.

For this update you can place the rar file into your skin folder then extract it in that folder and click yes to overwrite.
Or extract at a location you prefer, copy the vitrex2015 folder into the skins folder where you placed the skin and overwrite all files

Even so you can make the CAM play more from deeper role to add extra to the midfield as a possible tweak, bare in mind each formation change takes time to train so make sure in training that the match tactics is getting done for the team.
Personally i have 3 tactics, to select from depending on whom i face next also the players i have available to select can make forced changes.

Are the config files in the folder also inside the metalic logos folder does it have comps, nations, defaults, confeds folders etc rather than more and more folder paths...
such as C:\Users\CHRIS.Owner-HP\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2015\graphics\pictures\logos\metalic logos\football manager 2015\graphics\pictures\(logos and flags)\metalic logos
if its like the above which i assume its possible as no flags folder was present in the pictures folder.
Do this move the 2 folders from this location (flags, logos) C:\Users\CHRIS.Owner-HP\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2015\graphics\pictures\logos\metalic logos\football manager 2015\graphics\pictures\
and place into this location C:\Users\CHRIS.Owner-HP\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2015\graphics\pictures
then delete the folder "football manager 2015" from this location or move to desktop if unsure C:\Users\CHRIS.Owner-HP\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2015\graphics\pictures\logos\metalic logos\

Follow each step as stated but making sure that you move the file from clubs or no club folder into the ads as stated, then make sure you follow the in game preferences settings then restart FM for them to work
If you say you tried everything then please say what OS your running, the location of the ads folder with xml and the location of the ads graphics, and or give us images of these locations making sure you have also cleared cache, sorted fm settings etc.

In this pack so many filenames have capitals, do they work with capitals in name?
also Mouscron-Péruwelz-Home is file name but the config has it like so.. Mouscron-Peruwelz-Home the é was changed in config but not filename, i assume this may cause it not to load?
just wondering as i know some things dont get picked up etc.

The titlebar having the club and comp or just club logos doesnt go well but the scoreboard club logos works perfectly fine, the guide is quite simple to follow.
I'm sorry but the skins no longer created on that version and we advice you to update the game using steam as it should automatically update, if your unable to update then i assume this is a pirated version which we will not be helping you with.
