I have gone ahead and verified all the files (took a bit longer than 45 minutes, I'm probably not doing it very efficiently) some I had to load a couple of times as they threw up errors. There is one that is giving me some hassle and I'd like some advice on. I just can't seem to get rid of that error.

 

I'll give it a go, struggling with Southampton in my first season.

I cannot download more than 5.3 gb of the file it just stops.

Happened to me at 5.3 gigs.

Edit: I should say that what was downloaded works fine, I just get an error message telling me the archive was cut short for some reason. tried a couple of times and it cut short at the same point. Going to torrent the 6.0 file and upgrade using the smaller 6.3 file.
