Hey I hope I've got the right place to put this never posted before but need some help regarding 2020

Ever since I bought it on launch when i go to play it it wants to install everytime even tho it has installed. It then takes 1 min tops to to a install then let's me on. The issue I now have is the saves half the time end up corrupt so has became a major issue. Just wondering if anyone has experienced this and has some help as this is now stressing me out. Hopefully someone can help a guy get his career in the go...
