The fight to keep Marouane Fellaini at Goodison Park has begun. Personally I'd love to keep him and push for a European placed finish in the Barclays Premier League but with Manchester City declaring their interest it may just be a matter of time before he departs. If he does though I imagine we'll pocket at least £20 million which could help me strengthen in other areas.

Shay Given has signed for Doncaster o.O

Suppose it's better than sitting on the bench at Villa, just a strange choice of club.

Emanuelson looks a player, should do well for you,

Definitely looks a good player, pity I don't have the £6 million AC Milan want for a full transfer.

I've brought him in as cover for Pienaar and also to play that left wing role.

So after looking at the squad it was clear we needed to bring in someone who could play on the left wing and another striker who could potentially score 10-15 goals this season to support Victor Anichebe and Nikica Jelavić, because quite frankly I don't trust Magaye Gueye, Steven Naismith or Apostolos Vellios.

Both have been brought in on loans until middle January, the 14th and 15th of January respectively.

So hopefully this will be my last FM13 career and I'll be taking charge of Everton. The plan really is to get the club into the Champions League on a regular basis and anything extra is a bonus from there on. The squad is alright at the moment, probably not good enough to make the top four, but I'm planning to make some changes. I'd prefer to keep a hold of Marouane Fellaini and Leighton Baines, but may have to sell them if good offers are made.

http://i1176.photobucket.com/albums/x328/caoimhin89/Everton/PreSeason_zps62d608e3.png

So our pre season fixtures all seem pretty straight forward and should have us ready for the start of the 2012-2013 Barclays Premier League season. We'll kick things off away against Stoke City before hosting Wigan Athletic at Goodison Park and I'll be looking for at least four points from those two games in September.

Our first meeting against fierce rivals Liverpool is in December at Anfield with the corresponding fixture taking place at Goodison Park at the end of April, two games I desperately don't want to lose.

I can only think that the 9 weeks is because it goes from China by boat to USA, then from USA back out. Load of shit.

More like it's built on the moon and each one is individually checked by a blind alien for imperfections.

They would have been all excited when they bowled England out yesterday and now they've fallen apart.

Barry > Carrick as a defensive midfielder

Carrick > Barry as a creative midfielder.

Both have been hideously underrated for large chunks of their careers.

I thought Barry was a very good player when at Villa, not so much since he's gone to City.

I don't think he'll do that badly.

I reckon they'll be safely around mid table.

Where's it coming from? 9 weeks is a massive piss take. Its only max 40 days from UK to Australia by boat! And thats going around the houses in Asia!

Says it's assembled in China iirc, so I'd imagine from there or from somewhere in the US.

Really in this day and age anything over two weeks is ridiculous tbh.

Have they specified delivery carrier?

Nope, just an email saying it's been dispatched and you can't track it.

I'll give it another week and then fuck them.

Yeah it really does sounds like it.

9 weeks is absolute bullshit. I live in Brisbane, not in the jungles of South America ffs.

With the money they get for Benteke they could easily buy 2 or 3 top strikers.

What top strikers would they bring in?

Why the fuck is FM 13 still so expensive?

I was going to buy it on a whim, but I swear its costs more on Steam now than it did when it fucking came out.

It was about $24 in EB Games the other day, unbelievably cheap now.

Benteke has submitted a transfer request.

Doubt they'll be able to keep him and Bent won't want to stay, they'll be in trouble if that does actually happen.

Darren Bent is the type of striker who guarantees goals, definitely worth £5 million.
