Just stay away from google, it's the worse thing ever invented when it comes to medical conditions. Like when I had pain in my foot after I got out of the cast following my achilles tendon operation I didn't know what was up, thought I'd got broken bones in my foot and all that because it was so bad... Turned out to be osteopenia, so basically the bones had become weaker because no weight had been on that leg for 10-15 weeks. Google basically made it out to be a really bad thing, my surgeon on the other hand was like as soon as you start running/jogging/playing sport it will go away and it did pretty much.

The best thing is you've gone and had it checked out by a professional. If they're not worried then you probably have nothing to worry about, unless of course they're all completely inept and shouldn't be practicing as doctors!!

Tottenham Hotspur defender Jan Vertonghen has called on the clubs out of form strikers to score more goals following their elimination from the Capital One Cup at the hands of Stoke City despite the North London side dominating the fourth round clash at White Hart Lane on Tuesday night.
Ahead of Spurs trip to face Swansea City at the Liberty Stadium tomorrow Belgian defender Jan Vertonghen has called on the clubs struggling strikers to score more goals. The comments follow the clubs fourth round Capital One Cup defeat at the hands of Stoke City, the North London side crashing out of the competition on penalties.
"The strikers need to score more goals, we need them to do their job in front of goal and make games easier for us. So far we've done well, but we can do better and we need their help," said the Belgian international.
The Spurs strikers are out of form and struggling and it's impossible to argue with that statement.
Jermain Defoe hasn't scored in any competition since his match winning brace against Newcastle United back in September whilst Emmanuel Adebayor has scored just once in seven appearances in all competitions. Danny Graham hasn't scored a goal for Spurs since his opening day strike against Norwich City at Carrow Road although it would be harsh to blame him for much as seven of his nine appearances for Spurs have been as a substitute.
Spurs sit fifth in the Premier League seven points behind league leaders Manchester City who have played two games more than the North London club. Stoke City, Arsenal and Manchester United make up the top four.
Swansea City have lost their last four Premier League games although they snapped that losing streak with a hard fought 2-1 win over Everton in their fourth round Capital One Cup clash at the Liberty Stadium on Tuesday night.
In contrast Spurs have picked up 10 points from their last five Premier League games. The North London club have won both of their away games in the Premier League this season and are yet to concede a goal on their travels in England's top flight competition, their last away game was back in September against Fulham.

Tottenham Hotspur manager Andre Villas-Boas says Stoke City deserved nothing from their Capital One Cup fourth round clash at White Hart Lane last night after the Potters won 5-4 on penalties.
Spurs dominated proceedings against the Potters but crashed out of this years Capital One Cup after the visitors goalkeeper Amir Begovic saved crucial penalties from defenders Kyle Naughton and William Gallas.
The Bosnian keeper was in fine form as he denied Spurs throughout the contest at White Hart Lane.
Some poor finishing didn't help the North London clubs chances, Jermain Defoe and Clint Dempsey guilty of wasting clear cut chances, the hosts paying the price for their wastefulness in front of goal.
Despite his sides poor finishing Spurs boss Andre Villas-Boas still believes the Potters deserved to lose the game.
"We were very unlucky last night, I know this, the players know this and the fans know this. It's pleasing that we controlled the game and created chances against a tough team. We need to score more goals, we wasted many good chances and I'll be speaking to the players about this straight away," said Villas-Boas.
"Still I feel we did enough to win the game and I think Stoke got very lucky. They didn't deserve to win the game, they hardly bothered our defence or goalkeeper all night. It's disappointing to lose on penalties, but hopefully the players will now learn to finish games so we don't have a penalty situation again," added the Spurs boss.
Spurs have won eight of their opening 12 games under Villas-Boas, with their other four games ending in two draws and two defeats, those defeats inflicted by Manchester United and Stoke City respectively.

Not a problem really.
He loves getting forward and could do quite well there.

He's still the best left back in the Premier League imo though just ahead of Baines.
