The ligament was fine, just re-tore it back in 2013 playing indoor so needed to be done again.

Nah that's from the operation on Tuesday, took that picture about two hours ago.

Tore my cruciate again so second reconstruction.

Usually with a patellar tendon reconstruction you've one long incision, fuck knows why there's 3.

Had my second knee reconstruction done on Tuesday. It's been pretty easy so far, not much pain, not much swelling or bruising. Had to change the dressings tonight so got a glimpse of the surgeons work and must admit it's a lot different to what I expected. The surgery usually takes about an hour, maybe 90 minutes, but mine took more than 3 hours as they had to remove the stuff from my last knee reconstruction and get the new graft from my patellar tendon.

Popped $20 on the Broncos to beat the Titans tonight.

They did so I've now put $39 on Preston and Wycombe.

If they both win I'll pop the winnings on Monaco and Shamrock Rovers for later.

Sterling is waiting to see if they qualify for the Champions League. If they do he'll sign a new contract, if they don't he'll ask for more money to sign a new contract or he'll leave. Looking to get the best deal possible for himself.

I just couldn't stick around, had that feeling they'd sack me after one or two bad results anyway so when the Spain job became available I jumped at the chance to take it. Something refreshing, a new challenge.

Had a race, guy in front of me went down and I ended up smashing into the wall, not sure whether I twisted the ankle or just banged it ridiculously hard. Hospitals a ball ache, I've had about 5 different answers, just hoping the tendon is not completely fucked cause thats months out.

Torn quad could possibly need surgery as well.

Have you not seen an orthopaedic specialist yet?

Preparation for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar is done. In March we entertained South Sudan and the result was never in doubt. We played controlled football and comfortably despatched the lowest ranked team in world football.

Next up was Ecuador and somehow they got a draw out of this game, but it was a good test that is somewhat comparable to Chile. We hammered North Korea and the Republic of Ireland in our next games before departing for the Middle East with our focus solely on winning the World Cup for the third time in 12 years.
