We've been shit. Don't think our first goal should've stood, considering were Rooney was standing. Says a lot that Van Gaal spent so much and yet our only truly successful tactic this season is lumping the ball into Fellaini.

Knew we'd get one of the two bigger sides left.

Hopefully beat Preston and put in a good performance whilst doing it.

Had 15 quid on Sturridge anytime, Over 1.5 in Napoli vs Palermo, and Olympiakos HT/FT. Fuck you Greek bastards

Never ever bet on Olympiakos, they're woeful one minute and fantastic the next.

Should see Bournemouth fans if you think you're moaning without reason. I mean, seriously, check the Twitter hashtag #afcb - you'd think they hadn't just gone top of the league, got a freescoring team, a squad which is probably the best in their entire history, and their best-ever chance of top-flight football.

Football fans are the same the world over. Always want more. Always impatient. Never quite seeing the bigger picture.

Sure not to long ago they nearly became a non-league side as well.

Josh King absolutely ripped Stoke apart today, they just couldn't handle him. Have some of that.

Good results for Liverpool, Reading and West Brom.

Reading at home in the quarter final please!

When is the draw?

Yeah I don't even think there's contact on Balotelli there.

Don't care though as I've a bet on Liverpool winning.

If I was a Villa fan I'd be worried that an inexperienced manager is taking charge with a relegation fight on your hands.

$5 on Leeds United, Peterborough and Portsmouth won me $55.

Have stuck $10 on Liverpool to win, $15 on Granada or Athletic Bilbao and Malaga or Espanyol and $10 on South Africa and India to win their matches tomorrow against Zimbabwe and Pakistan respectively.

Joshua King completes his hat-trick to make it 4-1.

Believe it or not Stoke were winning 1-0, absolutely collapsed.

Anybody going to be watching this?

I'd be surprised if Australia didn't win it on home soil, although India or New Zealand could ruin the party.

Hopefully get to the Australia v Bangladesh and Ireland v UAE in Brisbane at the Gabba.

Put £20 on Celtic halftime/fulltime, PSG halftime/full time, Barcelona -1 and Man Utd -1 yesterday to win £202.

I was thinking I must start using the handicaps in my bets with 2.5 over/under.

That's a nice return what you got there.

You're joking.... They're now in the Eurovision??

Just found out that I'm keeping my job but have to move to another store, we're all on fixed term contracts and mine was due to expire on the 28th, I wanted to stay with WHSmith as I do enjoy working there and the company obviously wants to keep me as my manager spent an several hours yesterday trying to arrange something for me and eventually found me a place at a store closer to home for exactly the same hours. With the baby due in just a couple of months time I'm obviously very relieved to still be employed.

Good to hear lad
