I can't change name of my personal assistant and player liason. In FM 23 this happen ….Football Manager 2024\data\database\db\2340\edt\permanent……file support staff. Why this not work in FM 24????

I hava a problem!!! When i offer a new contract to player(play with Betis in Spain), the minimum week wage who i canoffer to a player is 3000 euro???? I want te offer new contract tosomeof the youth players in the club and the same sitoation - minimum 3000 euro salary per week??? i don't understand why???? Can you help me???
