Hello Guys,
I have this “bug” since the beginning of the game and with every single save that I do.
I have a healthy scouting budget and a good global knowledge but I can't scout any different areas besides the predefined ones set by the chief-scout.
If anyone knows why is this happening would be much appreciated.
