Hi, I have ‘tasked with making offers for new players delegated to the coach yet I don't seem to be signing any players. I just wondered if I am missing something please?

Hey, I am struggling to install the instant result skin to fm21. I download it then extract using 7 zip, cut then paste into the skins folder. then it isn't under preferences when I open the game? Any help please - I'm new to this! Thanks
