This tactic saved me the sack and got me promoted. Started using it in October as Forest; at the time I was below mid table having lost 8. As soon as I started using it I only lost 3 more games from October to May and ended up finishing 2nd.

Starting to come unstuck in the Premier League though, but I put that down to the cover defenders being slow mixed with better quality opposition.
