I have the problem that some jerseys are shown to me and some not. An example, Germany third division. There are teams and the home jersey is displayed on the start screen, but when I load the game and in the club profile there is a generated one. The Germany - 3.Liga SS'2020 / 21Paket is where it should be. There are other leagues where this is the case. Can it really be the beta? I tried it on FM20 and it's similar.

I'm a fan of 1.FC Magdeburg myself, I haven't seen it either. I think I read something at the beginning of the season where they wanted this to be their third jersey.
