Thanks for trying, , he still has downloads that take about a day though, 9 hrs for a download, a bit slow. He deleted the updates, thanks anyway

Just hit pause on the shop orders page

 

Hi, I just bought the £10 subscription for my son, on his account, but when he tries to download things he still gets asked to subscribe to get the fast download, I wonder if you could help me out, please. I paid for it with my Paypal, which is my email address, which is obviously different from the email address he uses to log in here. Maybe that could be the issue? It shows on his orders page that he has purchased it.
