The Pavia Calcio 1911 is the Pavia in Serie D.

The A.C. Pavia is the Pavia in Prima Categoria formed by ultras of Pavia and Athletic Pavia (here).

Technically, the real Pavia would be the A.C. Pavia, given that they received by the ultras the historic brand (and in fact FM moved the A.C. Pavia to the historic ID of Pavia, while the Pavia 1911 was moved to a new ID).

Il file dei colori corregge i colori delle maglie ed è applicabile solo con un nuovo save, non con un save in corso (l'unico modo sarebbe copiare le modifiche ed applicare tramite l'editor in-game o programmi simili ma di terze parti).

Download the pre-game editor (is free), open it and start to create yourself who is missed in FM26. If you wanna recreate someone with more detailed (career, favourite/hated person or team, pref. tactics and etc), you need to have download the last FM they're appeared (Donadoni, for example, has last appeared in FM24 database 24.3) and, later, download the editor pre-game of the corrispondent FM. Open the editor, search what you want, and copy the profile in the new people created in FM26 editor.

I'am Gabriele and i want to thank you for your great contribution and commitment. However i want to let you know that coaches aren't being updated lately and that i shoult pay more attention to them as well.
For example AJax, Empoli, Sampdoria, Spezia, Borussia M.Gladbach and other teams in other first and second division that have changed coaches in the past few weeks are not being updated. Thanks again, see you soon

So, if you notice something isn't up to date, just update it yourself.

Wouldn't it be better to leave the competition's original name in the short name, without any sponsors? The short name should be how that competition is commonly known.

Yesterday's fix included all the submitted Italian female team name changes. I know there is Como, Napoli, Moncalieri and Ternana whose short name includes Women. Can you two tell me whether it should be removed in some or in all of them please?

All seems fine here 😕 Have you tried restarting Steam and starting a new career to see if that works?

This is an issue with the strings for the Italian competition changes not being included in this fix for the Champions League and Europa League, but only for the Conference League. A save game-compatible fix for this will be included with the next release 🙂

Not that I'm aware of, yet.

As per the installation instructions:

You have to click “show packaged contents” on the fm.app and game_plugin.bundle folders. This basically means that you need to right-click (or Control + click) on fm.app (or game_plugin.bundle) and choose Show Package Contents that lets you open up the folders inside the app icon.

Here’s how to do it on Mac:
1. Open Finder.
2. Press Command + Shift + G to bring up “Go to Folder.”
3. Copy and paste this path, then hit Enter:

~/Library/Application Support/Steam/steamapps/common/Football Manager 26/fm.app/Contents/PlugIns/game_plugin.bundle/Contents/Resources/shared/data/database/db/2600

Once you’re in that db/2600 folder, that’s where you drop the real name fix files and don’t forget to restart FM afterwards so the changes take effect.

The fix works, so it'll be an issue your end. Can you provide a screenshot of your editor data folder, displaying clearly the full path?

As per point 1 of the FAQ:

1. Club name changes were working fine in the beta but now I've downloaded the new version of the fix, they don't work anymore. What's happened?
Reason: When club name changes are done via lnc files, this removes the clubs' nickname, which is not the case if editor data files are used, which is why the latter are preferred. Since editor data files didn't work with the FM24 beta, club name changes were done via lnc files during the beta version. Once the full game was released, club name changes were switched back to the intended delivery method, i.e. via editor data files.
Solution: Use this workaround to solve the issue in your existing save game.

If this is for a completely new career, the fix works, so it'll be an issue your end. Can you provide a screenshot of your editor data folder, displaying clearly the full path?

Como and Napoli remains with Women in their short name (different team from SSC Napoli and Como 1907). Ternana and Moncalieri no Women on their short name.
