The full download doesn't work for me either. It takes me back to the previous page in an endless loop. I tried using chrome incognito or edge as the posters above suggested, but it doesn't fix it.

I am having a similar issue. I purchased the premium membership and it doesn't show up in the “shop orders” section, even when I search my paypal email address on that page. @Footygamer
