Unfortunately FM 21 won't accept a skin made for FM 20. It was the same with FM 20 and skins originally made for FM 19 etc. I remember back in the day you were able to at least edit the transparency level of the backgrounds yourself, without using a complete new skin made for that specific iteration of the game. Those were good times, because that way I could apply the background picture packs straight away in the beta stage of FM. Nowadays things don't work the same way, and we have no choice but to look at the default backgrounds and layout until the official version of the game and the Archiver Tools get released and people are able to start creating skins for FM 21.

Fair enough just getting everything set up in terms of face packs, logos and kits just need the skin now

I tried dropping one of my skins from FM2020 into the skins folder and loading it in but I didn't get an option to switch from the basic skin.

Whenever the game is preordered, you should get a code in the email, which can activate the game once it's been released.

I activated the code through my account on steam so I have the game listed and it just says scheduled for release on November 24th, should I expect another code through my email today?

Yes. If you preorder the game then you'll get the BETA which should hopefully be dropping today at some point.

Is it a code through the email or do we just have steam auto download?

I'm going to Slovakia with SKF Sered, where is the best place to keep my eyes for the beta being released? Are we supposed to get an email with a code? I bought it through this site and its my first time trying to access the beta?
