Easiest way is to dl a save and just load and start, otherwise starting a new game takes a few hours to load.

Extract to:
C:\Users\Your Name\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2021\graphics

Actual Megapack (31.12.2020) includes all Updates so far.
