Thanks for bringing this to my attention, much like yourself I am very unhappy about this, 95%+ of files are from here! There is also a thread on FM site: https://www.fmsite.net/forums/topic/88066-adboards-23-fm20/?tab=comments#comment-2722045 where no credit is given to myself or anyone else who's work has been stolen. I have allowed people to use my files in the past but to just steal them and pass them off as their own work is very poor

I've posed the following on FMScout:

"I am very disappointed to come across this patch, the vast majority of files (95%+) have come from patch without my permission and without any credit.

I have spent hundreds if not thousands of hours developing the content which has effectively been stolen, this is blatant plagiarism and I request that this file is removed from FMScout"

Thank you so much for these! great job, really odd question, the match engine makes striped shirts look awful when players have their shirts tucked in. I have tried previously to stretch the stripes down onto the shorts but have not been able to place them inline with the stripes on the shirts. Would you be able to help with this?

I'm not sure what you mean by that, those kits haven't been released yet so aren't official pictures, just concept renders based on predicted information. The black away kit is mostly accurate to what the real life kit will be but the only information regarding the third kit is that it will use that pattern somehow so it might be very different. The fact that the third kit is missing the two stars that will be on the real-life kit means it's inaccurate anyway.
