For anyone who wants to sort it out so he is the manager of Barcelona again:

Load up the FM21 editor
Go to import data and select the .xml update file
Find Koeman and change him to manager of the first team
Save as a new file
Load your new game

I've just done this and can confirm when you load a new game, Koeman will now be manager.

One quick question. I only had 4 editor data files to move over when it says in the instructions there should have been 34 files. Is there something wrong with mine?
