Hi guys , waiting on my activation email. Im getting the message "couldnt download network error" when downloading the facepack. My internet connection is fine. Do i need my activation email before I can download?

Just paid for the £10 yearly premium membership. tried to download the face pack megapack but getting a message "couldnt download network issue". My internet is working fine. Not happy about this. Can you help?
