You have to replace the kits with the ones you already have, I.E: giving them the same name and putting them in the same folder as the previous ones were where the original config.xml file is located.

I exactly did it but it did not work. Also preview of the kits are can not be shown in the folder. Anyway, I think that kitmaker will realize the situation eventually.
